16 Jun BLAEST receives ISO 17025:2017 accreditation
For many years Blade Test Centre A/S (Blaest) has been an ISO 17025 accredited testing laboratory within full scale testing of wind turbine blades. We have now received the accreditation from the Danish accreditation authority DANAK according to the updated ISO 17025:2017 version. For further information please refer to DANAK’s website. http://english.danak.dk/database-of-accredited-companies. Search for “427” in the Free text search field – and you will find Blaest.
Since February 2020, the accreditation process was headed by our new QHSE Manager Sune Hessellund Jeppesen. Sune came to Blaest after carrying out a similar accreditation process at Siemens Gamesa‘s blade testing laboratory.
In 2019 Blaest received the IECRE Testing Laboratory approval within the competence area blades testing. Thereby we can provide the full set of blade tests and reports required for certification according to the new IECRE certification scheme for wind turbines.
